At WALKHERO™, your satisfaction and privacy are extremely important to us. We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a clear and fair 60-day return window for eligible orders.

60-Day Return Window

You have 60 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To qualify, the item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition

  • In original packaging, including accessories

  • Without signs of wear, personal handling, or tampering

  • Protected in suitable packaging for return transit

For privacy and hygiene reasons, opened or used therapeutic / intimate-care devices cannot be returned, except in the case of manufacturing defects.
